Behind the scenesOur website, a user's guide: what you will find here
Valuation, catalogue, municipality guides, new developments and Le Carnet: what the CI-Léman website offers, and what remains the broker's job.

Contents
This website opened for the agency's twentieth anniversary. It does not replace a broker's work; it makes it accessible: what we know about the Geneva market, what we have for sale, and the way we work, brought together in one place and kept up to date.
Getting a valuation, without obligation
A valuation is the first step in most projects. On the dedicated page, you describe your property in a few fields. A broker then takes over: they compare actual sales in your municipality, visit, and give you a reasoned price range within 48 to 72 hours. No automatic figure is displayed, because a price is defended with comparables, not with an algorithm.
See what is for sale, and what is not
The catalogue presents the available properties, sorted with Geneva municipalities first. Alongside it, part of our activity never appears online: confidential properties, presented by introduction to members of Le Cercle. They appear on the site under a blurred cover image and a note, with no address or usable photo. This is the counterpart of the discretion their owners ask of us.
Signature editions
The new developments that developers entrust to us have their own space, and sometimes their own website. The Domaine des Courbes in Anières and the Villas EPURE in Vessy present their layouts, availability and visuals there. Our registered clients get access fifteen days before the market.
Fifty municipalities, documented
Geneva cannot be read as a single block. The website publishes a guide for each municipality in the canton: way of life, schools, access, and what our sales teach us about the local market. These guides draw on our transactions since 2006: 1'100 sales, 575 of them documented municipality by municipality.
Le Carnet
Le Carnet is the magazine section of the website: market analyses, practical guides, updates on tax and financing. It exists for a simple reason: most of the questions we are asked in meetings come up again and again, and the answers deserve better than a conversation.
Behind the pages, people
Each mandate is handled by one broker, and one only, from the first call to the handover of the keys. The team page presents our five brokers on video, filmed in Geneva. So you know who you are talking to before you even pick up the phone.
The website gives you the material. The rest happens in a meeting: that is where a broker looks at your property, your timetable and your constraints, and tells you what they think.
Estimation argumentée, mise en marché discrète, suivi jusqu'à la signature.
