A non-exclusive mandate scatters: several agencies publish the same property, sometimes at different prices, and the buyer sees it. An exclusive mandate concentrates: a single point of contact, a single message, a documented commitment of resources (studio, distribution by circles, reports after every viewing). Exclusivity is not a favour you do us: it is what allows us to commit all our resources, and what protects your price. And our fees remain success-based: if we do not sell, you pay nothing.
