Together: meter readings (SIG is notified), transfer of maintenance contracts, notification to the property manager or the PPE administration. Good to know: in Geneva, building insurance passes automatically to the buyer upon entry in the land registry; the buyer can cancel it within 30 days. In a PPE, the renovation fund stays attached to the unit: it is not refunded to you, it is part of the value sold. Everything is in order, for both parties.
