It all began in 2006, in twelve square metres at the back of his father's tile warehouse: a lever-arch file, a few chairs and, in the very first week, a first sale. Twenty years and more than 1'100 sales later, nothing essential has changed: Stéphane is still in the field, with an address book in his pocket built sale after sale for twenty years. What he cares about most happens upstream, where nobody is looking yet: the new developments prepared with developers, architects and banks, months, sometimes years, before the first stone. And the circle closes before his eyes: born at his father's, the agency now sees the second generation learning the trade at his side. A family business, in the truest sense.
