A village on the water, between vineyards and shore: harbours, municipal beaches and waterfront properties, in the north of the Left Bank.
Anières follows the lakeshore between Vésenaz and Hermance. The municipality has kept the soul of a lakeside village: a harbour, beaches, vineyard paths and some of the finest lakefront properties in the canton. Buyers come here for direct access to the water, full lake views and a seaside way of life that is rare so close to Geneva. Properties on the lakefront itself are exceptional and highly sought after. Marketing them calls for discretion, a network and an accurate reading of what a stretch of shoreline is worth.
Swimming at the Anières harbour, sailing, terraces facing the Salève, walks through the vineyards: Anières lives to the rhythm of the lake, in a village spirit the Left Bank has managed to preserve.

Anières is one of the few Geneva municipalities offering properties right on the lakefront. These properties are exceptional, rarely available and often marketed confidentially.
Anières has kept the character of a lakeside village: harbour, municipal beaches, vineyards and local life, while remaining a quarter of an hour from central Geneva. It is a seaside, residential setting popular with families.
Standard properties in Anières are generally priced below Cologny, but lakefront properties with lake access reach comparable or even higher values because of their rarity.
